Para tomar café, acércate a Café Constant, en la rue Saint-Dominique: una barra de zinc, sin reservas, un croque-monsieur que justifica el pequeño ritual. Por la mañana se llena de vecinos leyendo Le Monde; al mediodía es otra cosa muy distinta. Pide un espresso de pie en la barra y pagarás precio de café, no de terraza.
