Para la mañana, sáltate los grandes cafés y camina hasta Café Verlet, en la rue Saint-Honoré: tuestan café desde 1880, y el Moka d'Éthiopie merece la pequeña ceremonia de pedirlo en la barra. Llévatelo de vuelta a la maison, o bébelo de pie, como hacen los habituales.
