Two bedrooms sit on one level — a double for the parents, bunks for up to three more. The kitchen is properly equipped, the dining table seats everyone, and self check-in means you arrive on your own clock.

Place des Vosges is a five-minute walk. Between here and there: the falafel queue on rue des Rosiers, Merci for a coffee, and the Marché des Enfants Rouges when you want lunch outdoors.

It suits a family, or two couples sharing. What stays with you is the cour — that pocket of quiet you get to call yours, three minutes from Saint-Paul. L'équipe is a message away if you need us.

Sales y ya estás en rue des Francs-Bourgeois, pensando en el almuerzo — la cola frente a Chez Janou todavía no se ha formado, pero la de los falafel en rue des Rosiers ya sí. Cruza hasta la place du Marché Sainte-Catherine — una pequeña plaza apartada del ruido, plátanos, cinco o seis terrazas que se miran entre sí. Ven por la mañana a tomar un café antes de que se llenen las mesas; ven a las 19h y se convierte en lo más parecido a un pueblo que tiene el barrio. Pide los œufs mayo en Le Marché. Cuatro euros y cumplen su cometido.
