Push open the door at the end of a quiet cobbled courtyard, and the noise of the rue drops away. This was an artist's atelier once. You can still feel it in the bones of the place.

Two bedrooms sit on a single level — a calm parental suite, a second room with bunks for the kids or the friends who stayed too late. The kitchen is fully kitted, the dining table actually seats everyone, and there's a workspace if Monday catches up with you.

You're five minutes from Place des Vosges. Walk the other direction and you're at Marché des Enfants Rouges by ten, picking up Moroccan plates or a coffee from the stall near the entrance.

It works for a family of seven, or two couples sharing. What stays with you is the cour itself — that pocket of silence, in the 4e, behind a heavy door.

Ve al puesto marroquí, siéntate en las mesas compartidas y pide el tajín con una copa de rosado antes de que llegue la multitud del sábado a las 13h.
