Sal a la calle y el distrito 17 muestra primero su cara más auténtica: el estanco de la esquina de la rue de Lévis ya abierto, una cola formándose en la panadería para la baguette matinal, escolares atravesando el Square des Batignolles con sus carteras. Las fachadas haussmannianas se suavizan aquí: cielo más amplio, menos turistas, más perros.

Por la mañana, ve al Marché des Batignolles, en el boulevard de Batignolles (sábado y domingo, ecológico, del de verdad). Compra el pollo asado en el puesto cercano a la entrada, una botella en el puesto de vinos naturales dos más allá, y cómetelo de vuelta en la terraza. Fin de semana resuelto.
