Bewaar zondagochtend voor de marché d'Auteuil op de place Jean Lorrain: rôtisserie-kippen die draaien onder het afdak, oesters die à la minute worden geopend, een fromagier die een punt Beaufort d'été voor je afsnijdt en je precies vertelt hoe lang je die moet laten opwarmen voor het eten.
