The kitchen window faces the street, and on most mornings you'll hear the 7e wake up before you do — scooters, a shutter rolling open, someone calling bonjour across the pavement.
Inside, 25 square metres handled with care: a balneo bathtub for the end of long walking days, air conditioning for July, and an open kitchen that actually cooks — oven, dishwasher, proper wine glasses.
Rue Cler is the anchor here. Cheese, flowers, a coffee standing at the counter — it's the kind of marché street that turns a stay into a small routine.
A couple or a young family will get the most from it. What stays with you is the bath, the quiet bedroom, and the walk home past lit-up boulangeries.
Stap naar buiten en de rue Cler is al wakker — een visboer die het trottoir afspuit, de geur van geroosterde kip uit de rôtisserie, een oude man die één croissant koopt en staand Le Figaro leest. De Tour Eiffel ligt twee straten verderop, maar de wijk gedraagt zich alsof dat niet zo is, en daar gaat het om.
Voor koffie is Café Roussillon op de hoek van de rue de Grenelle dé plek — zinken bar, vaste klanten in pak vóór 9 uur, een espresso staand gedronken voor €1,50. Bestel hem serré en vraag om een verre d'eau; zo doet de buurt haar ochtenden, en niemand heeft de moeite genomen die choreografie in veertig jaar te veranderen.

Great location and overall a good stay, which is why I am giving 5 stars. I especially appreciated being able to drop off our luggage before check-in. However, future guests should know that the apartment is very small. We were one adult and two children, and the space felt cramped. With a suitcase open, there was barely room to move around. In my opinion, it is best suited for one or two people. Storage is limited, with no closet, drawers, luggage rack, or enough hangers.

Jacques is a very kind and responsive host, after our stay we had an issue (no related to the apartment) and she helped us very fast, efficiently, and in a very good manner and mood, thank you so much Jacques. Much appreciate it. Regarding the flat, is very comfortable, and very clean. New Air conditioner, excellent for the 33 degres in Paris; the bed was super comfortable, the sheets very clean, enough pillows and towels.

Petit appartement en RDC très bien situé, à qq pas du Musée d'Orsay. Des places de parking dans la rue sont assez faciles à trouver, le quartier est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé, nous avons eu plaisir d'avoir des petits kits d'accueil (cuisine, café, SDB), c'était très propre, la baignoire balnéo fonctionne parfaitement, c'était très agréable surtout en cette période froide. Les matelas (chambre et clic clac) sont confortables, une clim permet de gérer la température.
