Het hart is de marché de Lévis, een overdekte straatmarkt die de meeste ochtenden draait tussen Villiers en rue Legendre. Ga vóór 10u voor de grillkippen die boven schalen aardappelen draaien — het team bij de hoekkraam wikkelt ze in folie en bruin papier, en ze zijn nog warm tegen de tijd dat je weer binnenstapt.
