Stap naar buiten en de rue des Rosiers is al volop in bedrijf — de rij bij L'As du Fallafel vormt zich voor de middag, chassidische families steken over richting de Agoudas Hakehilos-synagoge, een groepje toeristen probeert de lichtblauwe tegels van Sacha Finkelsztajn te fotograferen.
