El mercado de las flores abre de martes a domingo, los puestos de frutas y verduras un poco antes, y hacia las 8h los vendedores del fondo ya están cortando pissaladière junto a la plaza. Llévate una porción y cómetela de pie con un café de alguno de los café-tabacs que bordean el cours: ese es el desayuno local, sin plato, sin ceremonias.
