È il mercato coperto più antico di Parigi (1615) e al mattino appartiene al quartiere — andate prima di mezzogiorno per una galette da Chez Alain Miam Miam, un caffè a L'Estaminet, e capirete perché i locali lo chiamano ancora la loro cantine piuttosto che una meta turistica.
