Stap naar buiten en de Middellandse Zee voert het hoge woord — dat typisch Niçois blauw, het knerpen van galets onder je voeten, de Promenade des Anglais die om 7u al in beweging is met hardlopers en het trage geschuifel van iemand die een boodschappenkar richting Cours Saleya duwt.
