De manhã, dirija-se ao marché Poncelet — uma rua pedonal de peixarias, queijarias e rôtisseries com frangos a girar sobre tabuleiros de batatas. Pare na Alléosse para o comté curado 24 meses; peça um pedaço embrulhado em papel e coma-o de pé, como toda a gente.
