Aponte ao marché biologique des Batignolles ao sábado de manhã, ao longo do boulevard de Courcelles — um dos apenas três mercados biológicos de Paris. Vá pelo frango assado no espeto, pelas ostras da Bretanha abertas na hora e por uma galette de sarrasin comida em pé. A équipe manda lá toda a gente, pelo menos uma vez.
