Two bedrooms, a proper kitchen, and the small luxury of a jacuzzi bath at the end of a long walking day. Air conditioning for August, a sauna for the slower months — the kind of mix you don't usually find at this size.
The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk south. Closer still, the flower market on Cours Saleya — Tuesday through Sunday, mornings only, and worth setting an alarm for.
A couple, a small family, or three friends with overlapping flight times. What stays with you is the bath after the beach.
Stap naar buiten en het licht is anders — die vlakke mediterrane gloed die weerkaatst op okerkleurige gevels, de geur van socca die ergens verderop knapperig wordt op een gietijzeren plaat. Scooters slalommen langs oude mannen die de Nice-Matin lezen op plastic stoelen. De zee is dichtbij genoeg om haar aan het einde van bepaalde straten te zien, een blauwe spleet tussen de gebouwen.
Maak van Cours Saleya je ochtend. De bloemenmarkt is open van dinsdag tot en met zondag, de groente- en fruitkramen eerder, en om 8u snijden de verkopers aan het verre einde al pissaladière op het plein. Neem een plak, eet hem staand op met een koffie van een van de café-tabacs langs de cours — dat is het lokale ontbijt, geen bord, geen poespas.

Aceitável Positive: A localização é muito boa e o anfitrião mostrou-se disponível. Após o check out deixei por engano o passaporte no alojamento e foram muito gentis e avisaram-me do mesmo e ainda consegui voltar lá para o ir buscar antes do meu voo. Negative: O principal ponto negativo do alojamento é a falta de limpeza, as camas tinham os lençóis e as colchas sujas e tivemos que os meter na máquina de lavar para conseguir dormir.

The rental was in an excellent location in a quiet and safe area and really close to the sea. I was pleasantly surprised how close it was to the promenade. There were also shops and cafes within a short walking distance which is very convenient. We really found no need to take public transportation except to and from the airport.They have excellent communication and did so every step of the way. They were very accomodating and mindful of our needs.The rental itself has everything one needs.

de passage à Nice pour plusieurs semaine dans le cadre du boulot, le séjour dans l'appartement s'est très bien déroulé. malgré quelques petits couacs, notre hôte s'est toujours montré très réactif pour résoudre les petits soucis et c'était très appréciable. Le logement est parfaitment situé, au calme et est à proximité de nombreux commerces. L'accès direct à la Promenade est un réel avantage Vous apprécierez également le bain à jets et la cabine de sauna
