Para o café, a maison manda toda a gente ao Boot Café na rue du Pont aux Choux — três mesas, a antiga placa de cordonnerie ainda por cima da porta, um flat white que vale a fila. Vá antes das 10h, leve-o até ao Square Léopold-Achille, e a manhã fica bem passada.
