La tour Eiffel scintille entre les toits au bout d'une ruelle, presque négligemment, comme si le quartier n'avait pas tout à fait décidé de s'en émouvoir.

Pour le café, marchez jusqu'au Café Constant rue Saint-Dominique — un comptoir en zinc, pas de réservations, un croque-monsieur qui justifie le petit rituel. Le matin, on y croise des habitués plongés dans Le Monde ; à midi, l'atmosphère change du tout au tout. Commandez un espresso debout au comptoir et vous paierez le prix café, pas celui de la terrasse.
