Pour le matin, oubliez les grands cafés et marchez jusqu'au Café Verlet, rue Saint-Honoré — on y torréfie les grains depuis 1880, et le Moka d'Éthiopie vaut bien la petite cérémonie de la commande au bar. Rapportez-le à la maison, ou buvez-le debout, comme le font les habitués.
