The studio runs on small, deliberate choices: a leather sofa bed that opens to 160x190, an open kitchen kitted out for actual cooking, air conditioning for August, blackout curtains for the morning after. A wall-mounted TV, a proper dining corner. It faces the street, so expect a little Paris through the window.

You're in the 7e, which means breakfast at a zinc counter, the Bon Marché a short walk away, and rue Cler's market stalls when you feel like assembling lunch yourself. Quiet streets, embassy facades, the Eiffel Tower closer than you think.

It's a studio for two — a couple on a long weekend, or one person who wants Paris on their own terms. The thing you'll remember is the bath.

Dès que vous sortez, le 7e s'annonce en douceur — l'odeur du beurre qui s'échappe d'une boulangerie, une fontaine Wallace verte au coin de la rue, le cliquetis lent d'un vélo de livraison sur la rue Cler. Façades haussmanniennes, géraniums sur les balcons en fer forgé, et quelque part au loin la partie haute de la Tour Eiffel qui veille sur les toits comme un voisin un peu distrait.

Pour le matin, direction la rue Cler. La rue marchande piétonne s'éveille tôt : Davoli pour la charcuterie, le Café du Marché pour un espresso au zinc, et un fromager qui vous présentera trois Comtés avant même que vous ayez fini de poser la question. Allez-y avant 10h, quand l'équipe des commerçants installe encore les cagettes et que la file devant la rôtisserie n'a pas commencé.
