Der Markt in der Rue Cler ist hier der Ankerpunkt – eine Fußgängerzone, in der Davoli Trüffelpasta verkauft und der Käsehändler dich den Comté probieren lässt, bevor du dich entscheidest. Geh am Vormittag hin, vor zehn, wenn die Obst- und Gemüsestände noch aufgebaut werden und sich die Caféterrassen im Petit Cler mit Einheimischen beim zweiten Espresso füllen.
