Начните утро с Cours Saleya. Цветочный рынок работает со вторника по воскресенье, овощные прилавки открываются раньше, и уже к 8 утра торговцы в дальнем конце нарезают писсаладьер прямо у площади. Возьмите кусок и съешьте стоя, с кофе из одного из café-tabac вдоль курса — это и есть местный завтрак: ни тарелки, ни суеты.
