Lavie Maison: жемчужина-студия в Le Marais

Appartamento molto particolare, pulitissimo e con un esterno molto tranquillo. Il monolocale è singolare per la disposizione dell’arredo, in pochissimo spazio c’è tutto il necessario per passare alcuni giorni in tutta serenità. In due più il cane siamo riusciti a gestire gli spazi, anche la notte, smontando tavolo e sedie e preparando il divano letto comodissimo.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the Seine river (an 8 minute walk). We ended up just walking to most of the nearby attractions along the river and enjoyed the atmosphere of the city. We felt very safe in the apartment, not just because the district is one of the safest in Paris, but because there were 3 different locked doors between us and the street, and all the windows are facing the private courtyard.

Jacques place was great and easy to check in with clear instructions. The area is save and have a lot of restaurants and bar by walking distance. Very LGTB friendly and great hospitality there is always a lot of things that you can do. The place is good for one or two nights as the bed is a sofa so it might be hard to rest or sleep on but for us was good as we only stayed for two nights. Also once you open the sofa there is not too much space to move around.
