Сверните в другую сторону — и всё стихает: rue Pavée, rue Malher, низкие аркады Place du Marché Sainte-Catherine, спрятанные за двумя безымянными проходами.

По утрам стоит пройтись пять минут до Boulangerie Julien на rue Saint-Antoine — флан расходится к 11h, так что не мешкайте. Возьмите его на Place des Vosges, устройтесь под аркадами, и вы сразу поймёте, почему l'équipe неизменно отправляет гостей именно туда, а не в более очевидные кафе на rue de Rivoli.
