The studio is on the ground floor, quiet and self-contained. A walk-in shower in the bathroom, a proper kitchen with coffee machine and oven, wine glasses in the cupboard for whatever you pick up at the marché.

Batignolles is the neighbourhood next door — the Saturday organic market on boulevard des Batignolles, small wine bars, the park where locals actually sit. Montmartre is a twenty-minute walk uphill when you want it.

This one's for a couple on a long Paris weekend, or someone here for work who'd rather close the door on a real quartier than a hotel corridor. What stays with you is how ordinary, in the best sense, the mornings feel.

Утром — пять минут пешком до marché biologique des Batignolles на boulevard de Courcelles. Только по субботам: устрицы, которые вскрывают прямо у бордюра, и курица-гриль, ради которой стоит сделать крюк. А после — скамейки в square des Batignolles, где местные читают Libération, а цапли действительно гнездятся у пруда.
