Rue Augereau wakes slowly — the baker two doors down opens before the light does, and the smell finds you through the shutters.
Thirty-five square metres on a single level, two bedrooms, opaque-filtered windows that hold the street at arm's length. The kitchen is fully kitted for a real dinner; the bathtub is the kind you sink into after a long walk. Air-con for August, self-check-in for whenever you land.
You're in the 7e, between the Champ-de-Mars and rue Cler — the market street where you'll buy cheese, a roast chicken, and a bottle of something for tonight. The Tour Eiffel is a ten-minute stroll, almost rude in its proximity.
It suits a couple with friends, or a family of four with a baby in the cot. What stays with you is the quiet — a ground-floor apartment in the 7e that somehow feels like your own pied-à-terre.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es envidiable; caminar solo un par de calles y encontrarte de frente con la Torre Eiffel es una experiencia mágica que no tiene precio. Además, el barrio es vibrante y seguro, con una variedad increíble de lugares para comer, desde cafeterías típicas hasta restaurantes excelentes, todo a unos pasos de distancia. El departamento estaba impecable y sumamente limpio, algo que valoramos mucho.

Beautiful modern apartment near eiffel tower! We stayed here for three nights while in Paris and it was perfect! Close, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. The host was great to work with, quick to respond to any questions and allowed us to store our bags early before we checked in. Would highly recommend staying here!

Excelente ubicación Positive: Su ubicación, creo que una de las mejores de todo parís, tienes cerca la torre eiffel, restaurantes y supermercados. También entrar y salir de la propiedad es muy fácil sin tener que perder tiempo. Su host fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Su espacio es pequeño pero es más que necesario.
