Cross the threshold from the rue and the city drops away. Opaque window filters turn the ground-floor rooms into a quiet, private box — Paris humming just beyond the glass.
Thirty-five square metres, cleverly worked: two bedrooms on one level, a hot tub for evenings after too much walking, and air conditioning for the weeks in July when the city forgets to breathe. A proper kitchen, wine glasses in the cupboard.
You're in Gros-Caillou, so mornings belong to rue Cler — the pedestrian market street where the fromager still wraps things in paper. The Eiffel Tower is a ten-minute walk; the Rodin garden, slightly less.
It suits a couple with friends, or a small family with a crib to set up. What stays with you is the contrast — the 7e outside the door, and the hush of your own cour intérieure once you close it.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es envidiable; caminar solo un par de calles y encontrarte de frente con la Torre Eiffel es una experiencia mágica que no tiene precio. Además, el barrio es vibrante y seguro, con una variedad increíble de lugares para comer, desde cafeterías típicas hasta restaurantes excelentes, todo a unos pasos de distancia. El departamento estaba impecable y sumamente limpio, algo que valoramos mucho.

On voulais d’abord être très près du parc champ de Mars et de la Tour Eiffel . C’est particulièrement proche et calme en plus. On est sorti chaque soir y marcher En août les deux systèmes d’air climatisé avec des températures de + 38 , + 39 , + 40 de suite ont été particulièrement nécessaire Ce n’est pas très grand pour 5 personnes mais la proximité compense puisqu’on était généralement dans visites un peu partout ( avec métro près )

Beautiful modern apartment near eiffel tower! We stayed here for three nights while in Paris and it was perfect! Close, walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. The host was great to work with, quick to respond to any questions and allowed us to store our bags early before we checked in. Would highly recommend staying here!
