Inside, 55 square meters open into a bright living room with an open kitchen and a proper dining table. One bedroom slips out onto a small private outdoor corner. One bathroom holds a whirlpool tub; the other, a walk-in shower.
The quartier is Saint-Germain at its most walkable — Marché Saint-Germain for cheese and flowers, Odéon for late coffee, the Seine and Notre-Dame ten minutes on foot.
It suits two couples, or a family of six who want space without leaving the 6e. What stays with you is the quiet — a rare thing, this close to everything.

Our stay in the 6th Arrondissement was fantastic. This may be the best neighborhood I have stayed at in Paris thus far. There is so much to do and see within just minutes of walking. It is not the ritziest part of town, but it is authentic, safe, and there is so much to do! There are many great cafes, bars, shops, and the access to the metro, Louvre, and Notre Dame was fantastic. We stayed at this St Germain apartment for 3 nights in October 2025. We were two adults (48 & 50) and three teenagers (16, 14, and 11), and we were delighted with this apartment. While I would normally choose a more quaint look, we opted for something more modern this time—and we were so pleased with the convenience of this apartment. Two bathrooms, enough space to sit comfortably, and good cupboard space.

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Saint André des Arts, proche de Saint Michel, du Louvre, à 2 pas de la Sainte Chapelle. L'appartement est très confortable , refait à neuf, certainement par un architecte d'intérieur car il est joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Les 2 chambres sont situées côté cour avec chacune une fenêtre donc faciles à aérer et calmes la nuit.
