Push open the door on a quiet 18th-arrondissement street, and the first thing you hear is the low hum of the jacuzzi warming up in the next room. Ground floor, single level, key in a box — you're in.
Thirty square metres, arranged with intent. The bathroom hides a whirlpool tub; the kitchen is properly equipped down to the wine glasses; the living room folds out to sleep a couple more when friends land unannounced.
Rue des Dames curves down toward Batignolles, and the walk up to Sacré-Cœur takes about twenty minutes past the boulangeries of the Épinettes. Métro La Fourche is three minutes away when your feet give up.
For a couple with a toddler, or a small group threading Montmartre for a long weekend, this one earns its keep with the tub after a day of climbing stairs. Bring the dog. L'équipe is a message away.

Für einen spontanen Ausflug nach Paris waren wir in dieser Unterkunft. Klein aber fein, tolle zentrale Lage, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Place de Clichy und das bei einem wirklich guten Preis. Wir waren zu 5 dort, was natürlich dann an die Kapazität des Appartments geht, aber es ist machbar.

We were 4 to stay in this beautiful unit. We stayed 9 days, and every day proved how perfectly located this little RBNB is; short walk to Moulin Rouge, and a few minuts of bus or metro to Arc de Triomphe, Tour Eiffel, la Tuilerie, musée d Orsay, shopping Lafayette, etc. You have a cafe and a mini market outside your door. Bedroom is very small, but comfortable. Couch and sofa chair both open for an extra double and single bed.

Lavie Maison’s property was very clean. There were a few issues which the host helped resolve. Location was well placed near Place De Clichy and La Fourche as well as bus stops a 20 second walk away. There was a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer which was very convenient plus all the amenities needed to cook something. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. The only negative is there is no hanging space for clothes so be prepared to live out of your suitcase.
