The first thing you notice is the quiet of a ground-floor entrance — your own door, your own key in the lockbox, no lobby small talk. Then the jacuzzi, waiting.
Two bedrooms, air conditioning that actually works in August, and a kitchen kitted out for more than reheating croissants. The whirlpool tub is the indulgence; the dishwasher and washer are the reason you'll stay a week.
You're in the 3e, which means rue de Bretagne is your morning walk — Marché des Enfants Rouges for lunch, the wine bars on rue Charlot for after. The Marais begins at the corner.
It sleeps six, takes a small dog, and fits a travel cot for the under-threes. Good for a family that wants room to spread out, or four friends who'll fight politely over who gets the jacuzzi first.

Fabulous!! Positive: Before the trip startend I had contact with Lavie Maison. They are so friendly and take away all your sorrows by answering all my questions . The appartment is so cute and very clean. Bathroom with bath and shower, two gedroomd with great beds. More than enough towels, soap and shampoo. Everything you need to make a meal or breakfast is available in the appartement. Tea and coffee and even a bottel of wine in the refrigarator.

New, comfortable, & walking distance to shops, restaurants/bakeries, attractions, public transport Positive: Although it is a small apartment, it had all the necessities and was very comfortable. The apartment is renovated and has all new appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch in the living room. Fast response from the host. We had some difficulty with the washer/dryer unit but found they provide helpful how-to videos for all the appliances.

Highly recommend this place! The room looked just like the photos on Airbnb. The location is great—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get into the city. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood. The room itself was quite new and very comfortable. One minor issue we had was with the key—unlocking the door was a bit difficult at first, but we could get over it.
