The door opens straight off the street — no stairs, no lift, no ceremony. You're inside a ground-floor apartment in the 3rd, keys already in your hand from the lockbox.
Two bedrooms, a proper dining table, and — the thing you'll message your friends about — a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Air conditioning for August. A real kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine for the mornings you don't feel like leaving.
Le Marais unfolds outside: Marché des Enfants Rouges four minutes north for Moroccan plates at lunch, rue de Bretagne for wine bars after. Merci and the vintage shops of rue Charlot are around the corner.
It suits six — a family with a small one (there's a travel cot), or three couples splitting a long weekend. Pets welcome, if you tell us first. What people remember is soaking in the tub after a day of walking, windows shut to the quartier.

Fabulous!! Positive: Before the trip startend I had contact with Lavie Maison. They are so friendly and take away all your sorrows by answering all my questions . The appartment is so cute and very clean. Bathroom with bath and shower, two gedroomd with great beds. More than enough towels, soap and shampoo. Everything you need to make a meal or breakfast is available in the appartement. Tea and coffee and even a bottel of wine in the refrigarator.

New, comfortable, & walking distance to shops, restaurants/bakeries, attractions, public transport Positive: Although it is a small apartment, it had all the necessities and was very comfortable. The apartment is renovated and has all new appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch in the living room. Fast response from the host. We had some difficulty with the washer/dryer unit but found they provide helpful how-to videos for all the appliances.

Highly recommend this place! The room looked just like the photos on Airbnb. The location is great—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get into the city. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood. The room itself was quite new and very comfortable. One minor issue we had was with the key—unlocking the door was a bit difficult at first, but we could get over it.
