You're in the 5th, a few streets from rue Mouffetard and its morning market — cheese, oysters, a café crème standing at the counter. The Jardin des Plantes is a short walk east.
Best for a couple or a small family who want to cook, soak, sleep, and wake up inside the Latin Quarter. L'équipe is a message away if you need a restaurant tip.

Really lovely stay, perfect location, friendly hosts, super-easy Positive: Clean, well located, well equipped for such a small space, good bath and shower, air con. Biggest TV I’ve ever seen in the living room, and TVs in each bedroom. Excellent and friendly communication.

Excellent location on a quiet side street about a 5 minute walk from Notre Dame. The flat is smaller than we anticipated but the location, amenities, and neighborhood were excellent. Air conditioning and fans in each room made for a very comfortable stay. We had two adults and three teenagers there without a problem. The host was incredibly responsive and checkin/checkout was easy. There street is quiet and has very little traffic.

We had a fantastic stay at LaVie Maison on Rue Cochin and would gladly give it 5 stars. The location was excellent—perfect for exploring Paris and enjoying the city as a family. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for our family of four. It provided plenty of space to relax after long days of sightseeing and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Jacques, who was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish.
