Exposed stone walls, a ground-floor door that opens straight onto the street, and the low hum of the Latin Quarter waking up outside.
Thirty square metres, arranged with intent: a sofa bed in the living room, a proper bedroom for two, and a shower room that hides a sauna. Windows wear opaque filters, so the light comes in but the street doesn't.
You're minutes from Rue Mouffetard, where the morning marché spills out with cheese, oysters, and old men arguing over tomatoes. Cafés de Flore-adjacent it is not — this is the scruffier, studenty, better-fed side of the 5e.
Best for a couple or a small family who want a base in central Paris without the postcard polish. What stays with you: stepping out of the sauna into a quartier that has been lived in for a thousand years.
走出门，rue Mouffetard的坡道几乎会把你往下带——早上八点，鱼贩已在冲洗摊位，Le Petit Grain门外排着队等痛奥克拉（pain au chocolat），索邦的学生们端着纸杯浓缩咖啡穿行而过。脚下的石板路，正是海明威在《流动的盛宴》里抱怨过的那些。往另一个方向走，还没喝完第一杯咖啡，你便已站在Place de la Contrescarpe。

This was my third visit to Paris and easily my favorite. Second time in this neighborhood. I felt like a local, and I feel like it made all the difference. The place was clean and safe. It felt nice to have a couple of “neighbors” with the same host nearby. The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and was walkable to all of our favorite Paris locations and restaurants. The host was kind, responsive , respectful, and generous.

To sum up, I think around €800 would be a reasonable price for this accommodation. Overall, it’s good and I would recomm Positive: The place is in a great location, beautifully arranged, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Negative: The only downside of our stay was that we had issues with the heating. The AC didn’t work properly and wouldn’t heat, so it was cold at times. The bathroom radiator also didn’t work.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement complet de plein pied, dans une rue centrale du 5e et très calme néanmoins. La baie vitrée servant d'entrée n'est pas très isolante phoniquement vis à vis de l'extérieur mais un rideau épais et occultant (qu'il faut prendre soin d'éloigner le plus possible d'un convecteur qui chauffe bien en période de froid) résout en partie cela.
