走出门便是先贤祠（Panthéon）背后的斜坡，路面朝着塞纳河方向倾斜，清晨空气里飘着 rue Mouffetard 那家面包房的黄油香气。几个学生拖着行李箱往坡上走，一辆送货车占去半条车道，圆顶则承接着这一天能给的任何光线。
喝咖啡，可以下坡走到 place de la Contrescarpe 上的 Café Delmas——坐在露台上，点一杯 noisette，看着 marché Mouffetard 摆出一筐筐生蚝和瑞布罗匈奶酪。市集每天清晨开市，周一除外；街道半坡那家烤鸡店，是这一带街区心照不宣的午餐选择。

To sum up, I think around €800 would be a reasonable price for this accommodation. Overall, it’s good and I would recomm Positive: The place is in a great location, beautifully arranged, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Negative: The only downside of our stay was that we had issues with the heating. The AC didn’t work properly and wouldn’t heat, so it was cold at times. The bathroom radiator also didn’t work.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement complet de plein pied, dans une rue centrale du 5e et très calme néanmoins. La baie vitrée servant d'entrée n'est pas très isolante phoniquement vis à vis de l'extérieur mais un rideau épais et occultant (qu'il faut prendre soin d'éloigner le plus possible d'un convecteur qui chauffe bien en période de froid) résout en partie cela.

My spouse, son and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was as described and had all of the listed amenities. Jacques was very responsive when we had questions, which I really appreciated. The location was great. You could easily walk to many attractions such as the Louvre, and it was very close to Notre Dame cathedral. There were many restaurants and bakeries all within walking distance which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Thank you!
