Push open the door on the first floor and the herringbone parquet runs ahead of you, cool under the hum of the air conditioning.
Three bedrooms, each with a proper double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room — eight in total, without anyone drawing the short straw. Two bathrooms split the morning rush: one in marble, the other built around a jacuzzi for the end of long walking days.
You're a few streets from Place des Vosges and the Carnavalet. Drift west toward rue de Bretagne and the Marché des Enfants Rouges — the oldest covered market in Paris, and still the best lunch in le quartier.
It suits a family stretching out for a week, or two couples splitting the rooms evenly. What stays with you is the quiet — third arrondissement quiet, which is its own particular thing.

This apartment was in a great location in the Marais district. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean and as described. NEspresso Machine and Tea were nice to have. Bathroom toiletries also provided. 2 of 3 rooms have retractable blinds. I would recommend to the owners to provide pull down blinds for the 3rd bedroom that only had a window to improve privacy.

Super Lage, sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen. Positive: Top eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Entspricht den Fotos. Die Lage mitten im Le Marais ist ideal, und das Apartment ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Für den ersten Kaffee standen Kaffeekapseln und Tee bereit – das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Würden wieder dieses Apartment buchen. Negative: Das Türschloss war mit sehr kleinen Zahlen versehen, was etwas mühsam war.

In my opinion, this is a great value for money. Yes, the bedrooms are extremely small, but I’ve been to the city four or five times and have yet to see a large bedroom in Paris unless you’re willing to pay significantly more. However, the living room is big enough to open all your suitcases. The location is perfect for enjoying Le Marais yet the apartment is still on a peaceful and quiet street.
