The first thing you notice is the quiet — a rare thing for the Marais, on a first floor where the street softens to a hum.
Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room for a third pair. A sauna and a jacuzzi bath wait at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully kitted out, for the nights you'd rather not book a table.
Rue des Francs-Bourgeois is around the corner, Place des Vosges a few minutes further. Stop at Carnavalet, then double back for an espresso at one of the cafés on rue de Turenne.
It suits a family, or two couples sharing a long weekend. What stays with you is the bath after a long walking day — the kind of small luxury most Paris stays forget.

Le Marché des Enfants Rouges——巴黎最古老的室内市场——就在rue de Bretagne沿街向北几分钟的地方。避开显而易见的午餐人龙,去L'Estaminet de Bretagne点一份galette,或者站在锌制吧台前喝杯咖啡——周二至周日营业,周一闭门,这里值得一去的店大多如此。

My wife and I had an wonderful stay at “Le Marais” thanks to the place We selected to be our home away from home for ten days. The description on the add was right on, the place clean, we enjoyed the sience even Marais being a bubbly neighbourhood. So close to so many good things: the Musée Cognac-Jay, the Musée Carnavalet, also the Picasso. One of my favorite bistrots in Paris in the Bistrot des Vosges, leas than ten minutes walk.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this lovely apartment in a really superb Marais spot -- on a quiet street but in the heart of a lively and fascinating part of the city. Jacques was an exceptional communicator and without fail Jacques responded quickly and helpfully. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived, and the main appliances we used -- the washing machine and the hot tub, worked flawlessly.

We had a nice 6-night stay at this Lavie Maison apartment. Hosts were friendly and communicative. The location was absolutely perfect, in the heart of the Marais, one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris. Walkable to all Marais sights and close to several metro lines to explore other parts of Paris. The interior of the apartment was tastefully upgraded. Nicely stocked kitchen, huge bathroom (extra touch with the jacuzzi tub and sauna).
