The storefront windows still give it away — this was a shop once, its glass now filtered opaque so light pours in while the street stays outside.
Forty-three square meters, cleverly folded: an open kitchen, a snug mezzanine tucked under a low beam, and a private parking spot behind a secure door — rare, in the 10e. Air conditioning for August, a proper dishwasher for the morning after.
Sentier hums outside. Rue Montorgueil is a five-minute walk for oysters at L'Écailler or a coffee standing at the zinc, and the fabric wholesalers around rue d'Aboukir open early.
It sleeps six, which makes it a good address for friends on a long weekend or a family passing through. What stays with you is the light through those old shop windows — nothing else in Paris quite feels like it.

Tive uma ótima experiência neste apartamento em Paris. A localização é prática, próxima ao metrô, restaurantes e comércio. O apartamento é tranquilo e confortável, ótimo para descansar depois de um dia de passeio. Um dos grandes destaques foi a comunicação. O anfitrião foi muito cuidadoso, atencioso e claro em todas as orientações, além de disponível para ajudar com nossas necessidades antes e durante a estadia.

Este alojamiento es una elección fantástica por su ubicación insuperable. Está en una zona céntrica con todo lo que necesitas a un paso: bares, restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias. Además, tiene fácil acceso a múltiples líneas de metro, lo que te permite moverte por toda la ciudad sin dificultad. El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos y la limpieza es impecable. El espacio está bien organizado para seis personas. La cama matrimonial en el altillo es muy cómoda, aunque el techo es bajo.

Would highly recommend this place and host. 10/10 in general. The apartment was super nice and clean including the location. You will find plenty of good restaurants and markets right outside the apartment, not to mention the train station is located not even 5 min away which made it super easy to navigate Paris if you don’t have a car. The host was super helpful in everything and always responded in a timely manner.
