第10区有着自己的节奏——Canal Saint-Martin畔的清晨咖啡、Marché Saint-Quentin室内市场里的奶酪与熟肉、以及几分钟便可抵达的Gare du Nord车站,若你乘火车而来再方便不过。
这处底层旧店面适合三五好友或一家人,他们想要空间、灵活的布局,以及一辆停在楼下安然无忧的车。而最令你难忘的,会是那扇店面窗洒落的光。
走出门外,巴黎10区便层层铺展开来:两条街之外,圣马丁运河悠长延伸;rue Bichat沿街停着踏板摩托;清晨8点未到,面包店里就飘出黄油的香气;铁桥之上,总有人在按下快门。傍晚时分,运河两岸的石阶坐满了人,脚边搁着玫瑰葡萄酒,水面碧绿,缓缓流淌。

Este alojamiento es una elección fantástica por su ubicación insuperable. Está en una zona céntrica con todo lo que necesitas a un paso: bares, restaurantes, supermercados y farmacias. Además, tiene fácil acceso a múltiples líneas de metro, lo que te permite moverte por toda la ciudad sin dificultad. El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos y la limpieza es impecable. El espacio está bien organizado para seis personas. La cama matrimonial en el altillo es muy cómoda, aunque el techo es bajo.

Would highly recommend this place and host. 10/10 in general. The apartment was super nice and clean including the location. You will find plenty of good restaurants and markets right outside the apartment, not to mention the train station is located not even 5 min away which made it super easy to navigate Paris if you don’t have a car. The host was super helpful in everything and always responded in a timely manner.

Inhabitable, falta ventilación. Positive: La televisión es muy grande Negative: Las camas son un invento. Las dos individuales están en el pasillo de paso al Salón-cocina, carecen de ventilación e intimidad. La cama grande está en un altillo que no tiene altura que permita incorporarse. Se trata de un antiguo local comercial reconvertido a alojamiento turístico. Dudo que posea licencia o cualquier legalidad urbanística.
