One bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a proper dining table for four. There's a kettle for early starts, a workspace for the in-between hours, and blackout curtains that take the 8e seriously.

Walk five minutes and you're at Parc Monceau before the joggers arrive. The boulangerie crowd forms on rue de Lévis; the Champs and the Arc sit a quiet stroll the other way.

It suits a couple with a child in tow, or four friends who'd rather wake up near Hermès than near a tour bus. What stays with you is the hush of the street at night — rare, this close to everything.

Dirty/Not sanatized Positive: Location is no doubt great. Negative: This property got potential to be great, however, Dirty/not clean draw it back completely. We booked for 6 nights. We found bugs under dirty bed sheets; Sofa bed got huge dirty spot don’t know what was on it; Floor got dirty hairs everywhere. This place needs professional cleaning not owner shelf touch up. If the owner hires someone doing the work, they should be fired.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb apartment in the heart of Paris. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful. Muy buen alojamiento en el centro de Paris, área segura y transitable, muy cercano al metro desde donde es posible llegar a todos los puntos turísticos. Muy cómodo, con todo el equipamiento necesario para alojar por varios días. Realmente una joya entre las demás ofertas. Recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento si es que estás buscando comodidad y acceso a las principales atractivos turísticos!!
