Push open the gate, punch the code, cross the cobbled courtyard. The studio at the back was once a stable, then the first office of Publicis — a small piece of Paris hiding behind half-timbered walls and exposed brick.
Eighteen square metres, thought through. A real 140cm bed with a memory-foam mattress, a proper kitchen with a Nespresso and dishwasher, a vintage Bluetooth speaker waiting on the shelf. Double-glazed windows keep the city outside.
Grands Boulevards is around the corner — métro in two minutes, the covered Passage Jouffroy in five, and the brasseries along rue Montmartre open late. Opéra one way, the foot of the Butte the other.
Made for two. A couple on a long weekend, perhaps, who wants quiet at night and everything walkable by day. What you'll remember is the courtyard — the way the noise of Paris drops the second the gate closes behind you.

Estelle’s apartment is exactly as described and photographed. The location is amazing. Rue du Faubourg Montmartre and Blvd Montmarte is very lively all the time, even walking back past midnight it is well lit and have people on weeknights. We felt very safe at this location at all times. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great with high pressure.

We had a great stay at Lavie Maison in the 9th district. A quick walk to lots of local restaurants and bars, and most importantly Galaries Lafayette. As with any AirBnB I will always note in my review that more than one towel should be left per guest, but that is a minuscule complaint - especially when laundry services are available. One thing to note is laundry detergent is not supplied for guests, however a grocery store is just 5 steps away.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, se podia llegar a pie a muchos sitios turisticos, al metro etc. Zona llena de negocios, restaurantes, bares, supermercados etc. La ubicacion en una planta baja inmejorable (sobre todo en Paris) El departamento, si bien es chico es absoutamente adecuado para dos personas que van de vacaciones y no estan en todo el dia mas que para dormir y desayunar (cocina totalmente equipada a tal fin).
