Rue de Birague opens straight onto Place des Vosges — turn left out the door and you're under the arcades in thirty seconds. The apartment sits on the ground floor, keys waiting in the lockbox whenever you arrive.
Sixty-nine square metres, two bedrooms, and the room everyone remembers: a private cinema corner made for long evenings and late films. There's a sauna too, and a fireplace for the colder months.
Le Marais does its best work on foot. Wander up to Marché des Enfants Rouges for lunch, or take rue de Turenne north toward the galleries and the falafel queues on rue des Rosiers.
Six people fit comfortably — two couples, a small family, friends stretching a weekend into something longer. What stays with you is the address itself: a doorway on one of the quietest streets in the quartier, one minute from the most beautiful square in Paris.
走出门，rue Vieille-du-Temple向北延伸——午饭前L'As门口已排起炸豆丸子的长队，三条街外是Merci的遮阳篷，一家日式食品杂货店和一间展着莫名其妙当代艺术的画廊之间夹着一个Vélib'自行车站。雨后石板路上积着水。清晨多是送货摩托和店主们拉起卷帘门；到了六点，露天座位已里三层外三层。
喝咖啡就去rue du Pont aux Choux上的Boot Café——老鞋匠铺改建而成，四个座位，蓝色瓷砖，一杯flat white足以与3区任何一家媲美。10点前到，否则免谈。若是周日，rue de Bretagne上的marché des Enfants Rouges同样不错：摩洛哥塔吉锅、生蚝，站着喝一杯Chinon红酒。

Absolutely amazing apartment in such a good location! You have everything on your doorstop. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was as described, and they’d supplied everything you’d need. The cinema room is such a lovely touch and we enjoyed a couple of movie nights in here. We did bring a HDMI cable with us and connected our laptop. Just something to bear in mind as we struggled to login without.

The location simply cannot be beat - and for being right in the heart of Le Marais, the unit is shockingly quiet! We had a few issues at the beginning of our stay but the whole Lavie Maison team was very responsive and quick to help. Sadly, we were so busy that we really didn't make use of the downstairs area with the sauna and movie theater. The biggest issue for us was simply the lack of airflow in the bedrooms.

L’appartement est splendide et vraiment idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le sous-sol est vraiment spectaculaire pour Paris. L’emplacement est top et l’appartement est situé au calme dans une cour. L’hôte a aussi été très réactif quand j’avais une question. Seul petit bémol, le cinéma au sous-sol est vraiment compliqué à utiliser et ne fonctionne qu’avec des application (Netflix, Prime video…) pour lesquels il faut se connecter avec un compte. Pas possible de connecter son ordinateur.
