Six floors up, the terrace catches the late afternoon light — a small open-air room above the rooftops of the 17th, where the city softens into chimney pots and sky.

Inside, fifty square metres arranged for six: two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning for August. The kitchen handles real meals, and the terrace handles the long dinners that follow.

Rue Guy Môquet runs just below — boulangeries, a café or two, and the rue des Moines market a few minutes' walk away. Métro line 13 puts Montmartre and Saint-Lazare within easy reach, but le quartier itself is the kind people stay in.

It works for a family, or two couples sharing a long weekend. What they'll remember is the terrace — coffee in the morning, wine after dark, Paris quietly going about its evening below.
