Seventeen square metres, and the first thing you notice is the tub — a proper jacuzzi tucked into the bathroom, steam rising while Paris carries on outside the window.
The studio works hard for its size. A leather sofa bed unfolds to 160x190, the kitchen handles a real dinner (oven, dishwasher, wine glasses on the shelf), and the air conditioning keeps August honest.
Gros-Caillou is the quiet, moneyed pocket of the 7e. Walk two minutes to rue Cler for the morning marché — cheese, flowers, a coffee standing at the counter — then loop back past the Invalides gold dome.
Best for a couple on a slow city break. What stays with you: the long soak after a day on your feet, the shutters closed, the neighbourhood settling into its evening.

Lavie Maison was the perfect base for our Paris trip. Ideally located, it’s within walking distance or short metro rides to all the top attractions. The studio is just right for two people exploring the city, with a high-end finish and a fantastic jacuzzi bath to relax in after long days out. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and full of excellent restaurants right on your doorstep. Communication with the owner was flawless—prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und waren wirklich begeistert. Man ist in dieser Unterkunft komplett zentral und kann wenn man denn möchte alles zu Fuß erreichen! Falls man dies nicht möchte oder das nicht geht hat man auch sehr gute Metro/Bus Verbindungen direkt in der Nähe. Lage 10/10. Der Support ist der Hammer, da Jacques super schnell Antwortet und einem wirklich weiterhilft und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Een fijn verblijf gehad. De ruimte is klein maar heeft alles. De slaapbank was makkelijk te veranderen naar een bed en lag comfortabel. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de badkamer is top (voor het bubbelbad was top en makkelijk te bedienen). De locatie is ideaal met musee d’Orsay om de hoek! Communicatie was fijn en zouden iedereen aanraden hier te blijven.
