Twenty square metres, third floor, lift. A sofa bed for two, a kitchen that actually cooks (oven, stovetop, kettle, wine glasses on the shelf), and blackout curtains for the mornings you've earned.

The marché de la rue des Moines is four minutes on foot — Wednesday and Saturday for cheese, oysters, a bunch of radishes you'll eat standing up. Montmartre climbs into view fifteen minutes north.

For a couple who wants the 17e the way locals live it — slow coffee, late dinners, the metro a block away when Paris calls. What stays with you is the quiet of the quartier after dark.

This studio is an absolute gem and the location is unbeatable, everything you could possibly want is just steps away — cafés, restaurants, shops, museums, and excellent transport links. You can truly explore the city on foot and still feel connected to every corner of Paris. The studio itself is immaculately clean, stylish, and perfectly designed, making great use of the space. It’s cosy yet elegant, with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with the friendly host in the brand new appartment! Everything was new and spotless and easy to use. The little care packages were a great little surprise and everything you need for example to wash the dishes etc. The location is very accessible from various directions, easy to find, safe and not too loud. You have multiple options on how to get around and come back to the house. We felt very at ease and taken care of, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described and very clean. The self check-in and check-out was super easy and flexible. The location was perfect, as it is close to the metro and the main sights are quick to reach and the neighbourhood itself was nice and a bit quiter, and has amazing cafes and restaurants close. Would happily stay again!
