Four floors up, the light comes in clean and the street noise softens to a hum. Twenty square metres, arranged with the discipline of a small boat.

A sofa bed does the work of two rooms. The kitchen is properly kitted — stovetop, oven, microwave, wine glasses on the shelf — and the coffee machine earns its place by morning two.

Rue Guy Môquet runs on its own rhythm: the boulangeries at 7am, the rue des Moines market by mid-morning, and Montmartre a fifteen-minute walk uphill when you're ready for it.

Best for two travelling light — a couple, a solo week of writing, a base for wandering. Self check-in, l'équipe a message away, and the quiet of a real Parisian quartier when you close the door.

What a gem! A lovely little studio that was very suitable for a short city break. The neighbourhood was more residential which I prefer when travelling as it’s more authentic. Some brilliant shops, cafes, restaurants etc. metro station not even a 5 minute walk and super easy to get around Paris. Would definitely stay again, not to mention the lovely host who was really responsive and checked in on us.

Tout était parfait !! L'accueil, le logement... Très bien situé, très propre, tout le confort nécessaire, calme. L'accès avec code et donc sans clés est un plus car pas de stress d'un oubli ou d'une perte! Il y avait même un ventilo qui fût très apprécié le soir de notre arrivée. Jacques est aux petits soins et très réactif. Nous recommandons à 1000%!! Merci pour tout Jacques ⭐

This studio felt like a rare find, it checked all the good boxes :) Spacious enough for a Paris listing, clean and functional. We had everything we needed. Easy check in with clear instructions and responsive host. The neighbourhood is pleasant - walkable and quick access to transportation Only the sofa can be a bit strange and squeakie but overall comfortable. Totally worth it.
