The terrace opens straight off the living room — a private slab of Auteuil sky, yours before the espresso is even poured.
Thirty-four square metres arranged with intent: two proper bedrooms, a sofa bed for a third, air conditioning for August, blackout curtains for the mornings after. The kitchen handles dinner; the terrace handles the wine that follows.
Auteuil moves at its own pace. Walk five minutes to Rue d'Auteuil for the marché, or drift into the Bois de Boulogne when the afternoon stretches.

走出门去，Auteuil 静静地迎面而来——rue d'Auteuil 两侧的法国梧桐，上午十点面包店门前排队等候的顾客，Villa Montmorency 隐匿于铁门之后，还有第16区在这个周六慵懒运转的低沉气息。市政厅坐落在街道的尽头，地铁 Michel-Ange–Auteuil 站守在街道的另一端，两者之间是数十年来几乎未曾改变的一排排店铺门面。
清晨，随街区的居民一同走进 rue d'Auteuil 上的 Boulangerie Julien，点一块蛋奶挞——质地厚实，香草味浓郁，切成厚楔形售卖，往往在正午前便已售罄。从这里步行十分钟，便可抵达 Roland-Garros 球场和 Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil 的温室园区，那是第16区几乎只为自己珍藏的一面 Paris。

we verbleven met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. de ruimte is goed, voorzien van alle gemakken. was schoon en er waren ook spullen om het huis zelf schoon te houden. bedden waren fijn, de slaapbank wat minder maar dat heeft de pret niet gedrukt. de omgeving is leuk, verschillende restaurantjes, ov op 4 minuten lopen. parkeren op straat adviseer ik niet ivm de prijs , maar er zijn parkeergarages in de buurt. wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super clean and accommodating, and the host was really responsive with any questions that came up. We found some enjoyable restaurants in the area - and appreciated that the Seine and big Bois de Boulogne park were in walking distance. Would recommend this space to those visiting Paris! Especially if you just need a pleasant space (with A/C and a washing machine!) that’s a home base for your adventuring. :)

Ruhige, gute Lage. Wohnung weist Mängel auf. Positive: Gute Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nähe zur Metro, ruhige Wohnung. Negative: Die zu engen Schlafzimmer, herunter gerissene Vorhänge, fleckiges Sofa. Es scheint wenig Interesse am Zustand der Wohnung vorhanden zu sein. Nur ein Schlüssel für die ganze Wohnung, wenn man bedenkt, dass 6 Personen drin sein könnten.
