Push open the door on a quiet ground-floor cour in the 17e, and the first thing you notice is the jacuzzi tub — an unlikely luxury in nineteen square metres.
The flat runs on one level: a fitted kitchen, a proper dining table, air-conditioning for August, and that whirlpool bath waiting at the end of a long walking day. Self check-in through a lockbox, so arrive whenever the train lets you.
Ternes is the grown-up side of the 17e. The covered Marché Poncelet is three streets away — oysters, rotisserie chicken, a decent café counter — and the Arc de Triomphe is ten minutes on foot down Avenue de Wagram.
Best suited to a couple, or two friends who don't mind close quarters. What stays with you is the bath, after a day spent crossing Paris on your own two feet.

The flat is housed on a street a few minutes walk from Marc de Triomphe. Easy to find (there are road works at present but it’s 2 minutes from the main road where taxi’s will drop you). Loads of amenities. The shower pressure is truly great & the jacuzzi amazing. The hot water tends to run out fast so be aware. Towel radiator is very effective so towel dries in hours. Loads of towels supplied and very lovely smelling shampoo which seems to have built in conditioner too.

Estadia em casal com 2 filhos (11 e 07anos). A residência condiz com o anúncio. Tudo em ordem, apenas dois pontos a levar em consideração. A residência comporta confortavelmente 3 pessoas. A quarta pessoa terá que colocar o colchão no chão da sala impedindo a circulação e também terá restrições de espaço para as malas de 4 pessoas. Outro ponto é o aquecimento de água.

It's a nice small well equipped one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. I would personally say it's good for two people and a child. I think four adults would feel crowded. Overall a very convenient place to stay in Paris if you want to be close to several Metro/RER lines and not far from Arc de Triomphe. There's a decent size grocery store right across the street for those who want it. The bathtub looked very inviting though I didn't use it.
