The first thing is the quiet. Ground floor, single level, and a sauna waiting behind a door you didn't expect to find here.
Two bedrooms, a deep bathtub, and a jacuzzi built for slow evenings after a day on foot. The kitchen handles real cooking — oven, dishwasher, the full setup — and a cot tucks in for families travelling with a small one.
Les Chartrons wears its wine history lightly these days. The marché des Chartrons on Sunday mornings, the antique dealers along rue Notre-Dame, the Garonne a few blocks east — this is the Bordeaux people come back for.
For a couple who wants the spa evening, or six friends splitting a long weekend of oysters and Graves. What stays with you is the sauna, and how easily you slipped into the rhythm of the quartier.
走出门，踏上河岸堤道，光线便开始施展魔力——淡色石灰岩建筑立面，Garonne河在右侧缓缓流淌，一辆有轨电车沿Cours du Médoc滑行而过。昔日的葡萄酒仓库如今变身古董商行、自然酒吧，以及露台座无虚席、每到12点半便人声鼎沸的悠长午餐小馆。在rue Notre-Dame，沿街店铺依然延续着旧日的商业气息：橱窗里摆放着酒瓶，黑板菜单由人手工更新。

Really well situated but pretty cheap in fournishing, which makes sens for the price of the Unit. Would recommend for a Positive: It was really well situated and the sauna was lovely. Negative: There was no outdoor space, everything in the space was cheap (cracks in paint, a bit of mold on the cabinets, sofa bed wouldn’t hold, kitchen supplies and kitchenware were really cheap), the hot water would run out before getting the bath half filled, both sinks were broken when we got there (they sen…

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The flat was modern, clean, compact, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Its location was perfect—easy to find, just a short walk to the tram line, and conveniently close to Bordeaux city centre where there was lots to see and do. The host Gregory was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions via text. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Great location - 100 metres to C tram line. Good bakeries and restaurants within 100-300 metres. Safe neighbourhood. Apartment adequate in size for 2 adults & 3 children. No noise issues. Big TVs, good Internet. Ground floor apartment with metal shutters. Only managed to get the air con working once - this would be necessary in hotter temperatures but at 25 Celsius daytime temp it was not essential. Host responsive but not in city at time of our stay.
