Rue Montorgueil wakes up early. By eight, the fishmonger is already shouting prices, the boulangerie queue spills onto the pavement, and someone is drinking a coffee standing up at the zinc.

Ninety square metres, four bedrooms, four bathrooms — the kind of proportions that let ten people share a roof without sharing a sink. There's a jacuzzi for the tired-feet hour, a proper kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a smart lock so you arrive on your own time.

Sentier is the old rag-trade quartier turned tech-and-tapas corner. Walk five minutes to Frenchie for dinner, or grab natural wine at Racines. Passage du Grand Cerf is around the corner, all glass roof and quiet footsteps.

This one is built for a group — cousins in town for a wedding, three couples on a long weekend, colleagues who'd rather not book a hotel. What stays with you is the noise of Montorgueil at breakfast, drifting up through the windows.

周日的仪式感在此：rue Montorgueil禁止车辆通行，équipe向宾客推荐的去处是在L'Écailler du Bistrot站着品尝生蚝，或是前往Stohrer购入一块朗姆巴巴——这家糕点铺位于51号，自1730年便已在此。记得点puits d'amour，那是Stanislas Leszczyński的糕点师傅赖以成名的经典之作。
