位于巴黎七区一条静谧街道上,三十五平方米的空间,午后斜阳洒入,足以让你忘记手机一个小时。
厨房配备齐全——烤箱、洗碗机、真正的葡萄酒杯——让一顿采自市集的午餐变成一桩小小的盛事。八月有空调,清晨有遮光窗帘。
Rue Cler 近在咫尺:Androuet 的奶酪柜台、Le Petit Cler 吧台的生蚝、人人排队的那家面包房的法棍。Tour Eiffel 在数条街景的尽头静静矗立。
为两人而设——一对伴侣,或许还带着一只小狗(细节交由 l'équipe 打理)。最难忘的,是当日游客散去、街灯次第亮起后,这片街区独有的宁静。
走出门外,rue Cler 已经苏醒——鱼贩正用水管冲洗着人行道,一对老夫妇在 Davoli's 挑选着桃子,三家门面之外的面包房飘来阵阵黄油香。穿过一条街,Eiffel 铁塔就在眼前,被一片奥斯曼式屋顶框住,近得几乎有些羞怯。
清晨时分,沿 rue Cler 步行至 Café Central,在吧台点一杯 noisette——站着喝,两欧元,像常客那样。侍者要到你第三次光顾时才会对你微笑,而这正是它的妙处所在。再来一杯,静静看着这片街区开始它的日常采买。

My two young children and I just spent a glorious month in Paris at this apartment. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and to the river. The building is located in a bustling street with lots of great shops and restaurants, but because the apartment is in the courtyard, it is nice and quiet, even with the windows open. The area felt super safe, even on the few occasions when we returned home very late at night.

The apartment is great and the location is fantastic. It is small but cleverly designed with plenty of hidden storage room so it’s very easy to keep it tidy throughout the stay. Great communication, accurate descriptions, clean and good value. I will definitely check with Lavie Maison first each time I come back to Paris.

Perfect place to stay. Very modern inside, cosy and convenient. Location îs great. Aldi is 10min away, Carrefour is 3 min walking. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 5min walk to the river. Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.
