巴黎七区内35平方米的静谧空间，经过精心考量——八月午后有空调，深夜小酌奶酪配红酒有像样的厨房，床品的质感堪比两倍价位的酒店。
走出门，便置身于Tour Eiffel与Musée Rodin之间宁静的街区之中。当地人牵着小狗，路过rue Cler上的面包房，咖啡馆里九点钟仍把椅子摆在人行道上。
为两人而设的小天地，让你领略不加修饰的巴黎——近在咫尺，却静得能听见这座城市的呼吸。
走出门，rue Cler 已经醒了——鱼贩正用水管冲洗人行道，一对老夫妇在 Davoli's 挑桃子，三家店之外的面包房飘来黄油的香气。穿过一条街，Eiffel 铁塔就在那里，被一片奥斯曼式屋顶框住，近得近乎有些羞怯。
清晨，步行去 rue Cler 上的 Café Central，在吧台点一杯 noisette——站着喝，两欧元，老主顾就是这样喝的。服务员要到你第三次光顾才会对你微笑，而这恰恰是它的妙处。再来一杯，看这片街区慢悠悠地采买。

My two young children and I just spent a glorious month in Paris at this apartment. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and to the river. The building is located in a bustling street with lots of great shops and restaurants, but because the apartment is in the courtyard, it is nice and quiet, even with the windows open. The area felt super safe, even on the few occasions when we returned home very late at night.

The apartment is great and the location is fantastic. It is small but cleverly designed with plenty of hidden storage room so it’s very easy to keep it tidy throughout the stay. Great communication, accurate descriptions, clean and good value. I will definitely check with Lavie Maison first each time I come back to Paris.

Perfect place to stay. Very modern inside, cosy and convenient. Location îs great. Aldi is 10min away, Carrefour is 3 min walking. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 5min walk to the river. Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the stay.
