Light pours through the glass roof onto the living room floor, the kind of skylight that turns a grey Paris afternoon into something softer.

Two bedrooms sit on either side of that luminous middle. The kitchen is properly kitted for cooking in, and after a long day of walking the arrondissement, there's a jacuzzi tub waiting.

Le quartier is the Marais at its most walkable — Musée Carnavalet around the corner, Place des Vosges a few minutes south, and rue de Bretagne with its Marché des Enfants Rouges for a slow Sunday lunch.

It works for a couple who wants to disappear into Paris for a week, or four friends splitting the two rooms. The skylight is the thing you'll describe to people back home.

Rare find in Marais. Fresh renovation with brand new furniture and equipment. Positive: A unique find in a best location. You will hardly find anything better for that price in Marais. The apartment is freshly-renovated, equipped with everything you need. Brand new kitchen and utensils. it has iron, hair-dryer and a lot of welcome-kits (shower kit, coffee, detergents).

This property is great but it's 4/4.5 stars purely because of the bathroom. The toilet didn't have any soap dispenser, so you have to go to the bathroom with the shower to wash your hand which also didn't have any soap in the dispenser. But the most difficult thing that led to this rating is the shower. It's a bathtub not a shower, so daily use of that just gets annoying. The location is perfect, great shippingo, restaurant, Metro.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Apartment war äußerst sauber, gepflegt und bestens organisiert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass alles modern und neuwertig eingerichtet ist. Man merkt sofort, dass viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
