Twelve square metres, ground floor, no window — and yet the light inside has been coaxed into something warm. The jacuzzi is the first thing you'll notice, tucked into the corner like a small indulgence.
The kitchenette handles everything a short stay needs: kettle, oven, dishwasher, wine glasses on the shelf. A sofa unfolds into the bed at night. Air conditioning hums through the Riviera summer.
Grosso sits just back from the noise. Walk five minutes and you're on the Promenade des Anglais; walk the other way for the boulangeries and greengrocers of rue Trachel, where locals actually shop.
It works for a couple, or a solo traveller who wants Nice without the fuss of a bigger place. You'll remember the soak in the jacuzzi after a day barefoot on the galets.

Positive: le logement est d'une certaine façon authentique aux photos sur le site ( précisément l'intérieur de la maison), très propre Situation géographique assez centrale, près de la plage , à environ 5mn de la station de tram Alsace lorraine. la vie maison d'hôte a fait au mieux pour répondre a mes besoins ( précisent certaines réserves que j'ai émises) Negative: En tant que voyageurs, j'essaie toujours de lire les commentaires pour voir si le logement peu me convenir ou non ( car tout e…

Бюджетный классный вариант для недлительного пребывания. Positive: Пять минут море, супермаркет, трамвай. Все есть для жизни. Negative: Реальность слегка разнится с фотографиями на сайте. Было плохо убрано после последних жильцов с собакой. Диван пах ею же и все было в шерсти. Так же совершенно неудобно с разложенным диваном — нужно было переползать его или каждый раз складывать. Вся безопасность — в тонкой двери и тонких окнах прямо на первом этаже.

Overall wonderful stay and the staff were very helpful! Positive: The cleanliness and layout is perfect for a solo traveller. Location is amazing as it’s so close to the beach! Staff were amazing in assisting any issues. Negative: The shower is a little bit inconvenient to use and the curtains are a slightly too small. They don’t cover the window completely which means you can see the traffic lights flashing all night.
