Walk two minutes and you're on rue Montorgueil, where Stohrer has been baking baba au rhum since 1730. The passages couverts — Panoramas, Jouffroy — are a short wander north.

Made for a family or a group of six who want to be in Paris, not adjacent to it. What stays with you is the quartier itself: a working neighbourhood that happens to sit ten minutes from the Louvre.

踏出门去，便是 Sentier 背后那片静谧的街巷——单行窄道，一家布料批发商清晨九点仍在推着衣架来回，街角小柜台飘来咖啡香气，三个男人站着翻看《Le Parisien》。Rue Montorgueil 在两分钟脚程外的北边；还没看见，便先听见了——生蚝正在 L'Écailler 门口被撬开，铺在碎冰之上。
