Fifteen square metres, and the first thing you notice is the jacuzzi tub — a small, slightly ridiculous luxury that makes the whole place feel like a secret.
The studio is compact and considered: air conditioning that actually works in August, a fully kitted kitchen for morning coffee, and a private entrance on the ground floor. Self check-in, so you arrive on your own clock.
You're in the 17e, a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Walk down to Rue Poncelet for the market — cheese, oysters, a glass of something cold standing up at the counter.
Built for two. A couple on a long weekend, maybe, or one person treating themselves. What you'll remember is coming back from a long day of walking, running the bath, and disappearing into it. L'équipe is a message away if you need anything.

Ubicación muy buena. Entre 10 y 15 min andando de las estaciones de RER A, RER C y M 1. El apartamento para dos personas es suficiente. Tiene WIFI, agua caliente, TV, calefacción, aire acondicionado, baño bien equipado con jacuzzi incluido, secador de pelo y toallas. También tenía cocina vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera y tostadora. No había lavadora pero al ponernos en contacto sobre este tema nos indicó dónde había una lavandería que está en el número 12 de la misma calle.

Pour ma part, c’était catastrophique Positive: Tout était propre bien illuminé, bien placé, rien à dire par rapport à ça même l’accueil a été très rapide Negative: Il y avait énormément de défauts dans cet appartement, surtout au niveau de l’humidité, la climatisation ne descendait pas en dessous de 10° et au passage elle n’était pas forte du tout donc on avait l’impression d’étouffer Il n’y avait pas d’aération ni de fenêtre. Donc en pleine chaleur, c’était insupportable.

A localização é ótima, aproximadamente 10 minutos de caminhada até o Arco do Triunfo. O apartamento é bem pequeno (mais ainda pessoalmente), mas atende perfeitamente uma pessoa, duas já acho que apertaria. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi muito boa, tive algumas dúvidas durante a estadia que foram prontamente respondidas. Acredito que uma cama seria mais confortável do que o sofá cama, pois ele é muito baixo.
