The Arc de Triomphe sits a few streets away, close enough that you'll walk past it on your way to dinner without quite meaning to.
The apartment is single-level and self-contained, with a jacuzzi tub for the end of long walking days, air conditioning for the warm months, and a proper kitchen if you'd rather stay in with a bottle from the corner caviste.
The 17e around here is quietly residential — Rue Poncelet's covered market a short walk south, with its rotisserie chickens and oyster stalls, is the kind of errand that turns into lunch.
It suits a couple, or a small family with a little one (there's a travel cot for under-threes). The ground-floor setting catches a bit of street life through the window — what you'll remember is how close you were to everything, and how easily you came and went. Pets welcome. L'équipe is a message away.

养成逛 marché Poncelet 的习惯——那是 avenue des Ternes 旁的一段步行街,鱼贩从8点起便此起彼伏地叫卖,街角的烤肉铺将整鸡架在土豆上方旋转,油脂滴落浸润下方的土豆。周日点上一只带回 maison 享用——这就是街坊邻里的吃法,从此别的都难入口。

The apartment is very clean, kinda small but fine if you don't plan to stay inside for the whole day. Hot tub was great, and the place was very well equipped. One downside for sure is that the apartment is very close to the street, so it's a little noisy, but bearable. There was an AC and electric heater so it was really easy to regulate the temperature.

Great place for easy hop-in hop-off situations. If you’re going to be out most of your day, then this place is definitely worth it. Everything is nearby and at a walkable distance. Great vibes on street and some of the best restaurants around are at walkable places. But there is very less room for movement once the sofa has been converted into bed. This place is not for those who are planning to stay all day in the room as this room has very limited space to move around.
