Rue de Javel wakes up slowly. Bakery shutters roll up, a delivery van idles, and the morning light catches the top floors of the Beaugrenelle towers down the road.

Sixty-four square metres, laid out for five. Two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen kitted out for actual cooking — dishwasher, kettle, wine glasses lined up in the cupboard. Self check-in through the key box, so you arrive on your own time.

The quartier is the quiet side of the 15e: the covered Marché de Grenelle on Wednesdays and Sundays, small cafés along Rue du Commerce, and the Seine a ten-minute walk south. The Eiffel Tower shows up between rooftops when you least expect it.

It's a place for a family, or two couples splitting the bedrooms — the kind of stay where you cook one night, wander the next, and stop counting the days.

步出门外，塞纳河就在两个街区之外，有轨电车沿着河岸嗡嗡驶过，André-Citroën公园草坪上跑步者与遛狗者的身影一一掠过。这里的建筑是1970年代的玻璃与石材风格，而非奥斯曼式，底层街铺藏着明信片里难觅的烟火气——一家营业至深夜的Monoprix超市、Saint-Charles街上的一间奶酪店，以及步行五分钟可达的Javel-André Citroën地铁站。

清晨时分，可沿着六号线高架轨道下方前往Grenelle市场——每逢周三与周日开市，有来自Cancale的生蚝、在土豆托盘上缓缓转动的烤鸡，以及Dupleix一端附近的花卉摊位。之后，到Bréa街的Ten Belles Bread或Vialle面包坊的小吧台喝杯咖啡，再沿河漫步而归，埃菲尔铁塔在每一次北望的视线中，恰好成了画框。
