Push open the door and the garden does the talking — a small walled retreat with a plancha, made for long lunches that turn into longer evenings.
Inside, one bedroom, a jacuzzi tub deep enough to disappear into, and a kitchen stocked for actual cooking. A cot and high chair wait in the wardrobe for guests travelling with a baby.
Les Chartrons wears its old wine-trade bones well. The Sunday marché along the quais runs right to the Garonne, and the antique dealers on rue Notre-Dame keep the afternoons slow.
Best for a couple, or a small family stretching out over a long weekend. What stays with you: the garden, after dark, with a bottle from the quartier.
踏出门去，阳光先落在石灰岩上——Chartrons 那低矮的奶油色建筑立面，承接阳光的方式与 Bordeaux 其他地方截然不同。Rue Notre-Dame 贯穿整个街区，像一条舒缓的缎带，两侧是古董商店、敞着门的葡萄酒窖，以及那些悄然落脚、从此留下的概念小店。每逢周日清晨，整条街弥漫着咖啡与旧木料的气息。
若想找一个真正的落脚仪式，周日可前往滨河岸边的 Marché des Chartrons——摊位在八点前便于拱廊下依次展开，十三点前收市。在 Bassin d'Arcachon 摊位点上一打生蚝，配一杯 Entre-deux-Mers 白葡萄酒，站在木桶旁就着吃，望着跑步者从 Garonne 河畔归来。这便是此地的仪式。

Pleasant stay in a great location! Positive: Best location in Chartrons, a few steps from nearest tram. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are several nice perks from the management: a cleaning kit with tabs for washing machine and soap, sponges for dishes. This is definitely a nicety and not standard for renting an apartment. The terrace area is secluded for privacy. Coffee machine is available and there were even coffee pods for visitor use.

Linge de maison très agréable. Literie très bien. Emplacement au top. Proximité du centre ville et tram. Rue très calme. Nombreux commerces aux alentours. Un logement optimisé et assez bien équipé Ma déception : je m'attendais à un petit coin terrasse tranquille. Or il n'est pas isolé des voisins qui le traversent même pour aller chez eux ou chercher les clés, (les boites à clés étant sur le mur extérieur). Point négatif : le bruit de la VMC très gênant, même si évidemment elle est nécessaire.

דירה מקסימה במיקום מושלם בבורדו Positive: מיקום מעולה במרחק דקה מהרכבת החשמלית, השכונה נעימה ויפה עם בתי קפה, מסעדות וחנויות במרחק הליכה. התארחנו עם הכלבה שלנו ולא היו חיובים נוספים, הבעלים מאוד עזרו לנו כשהיה לנו מקרה אישי עם הכלבה וזה היה מאוד מוערך! Negative: הארון היה מלא בציוד אחסון של המקום אז זה קצת היה מאתגר, הג'קוזי היה קצת מסובך להפעלה והטוסטר במטבח לא עבד.
